Automatic monobloc for washing, sterilizing, filling and capping 3 to 6 gallon PET or PVC bottles, in patterns from 2 to 8 row designs, featuring. volumetric filling with flow meters and special valves that guarantee a laminar flow without turbulence and hence short filling times (approx. 7 sec. per 5 jets); brushing of the exteriors of the gallon bottles. In the standard version, the washing cycle comprises of six different spraying areas in order to guarantee impeccable cleaning and sterilization of the container. The capper is ideal for plastic pressure caps (screw caps on request).
