Suitable for loose granular and powder products in bags of all type, in any material and any size, as well as "Big Bag" size filling. The use of this line is ideal for a variety of sectors: food, litter for cats, cereal and seed, flour, construction industry, zootechnics, pet food, mining, frits and colorant, fertilizer, chemical product. Machine is equipped with weighing system (gravity or belt weigher) and the mouth bag opening and filling spout.
After the filling process, the bag is being held till the closing devise through conveyors controlled by brushless.
Closing system bag: heat sealing, impulse sealing, double sealing, sewing with crepe paper, adhesive, pinch top.
Before closing the bag there is an automatic system to remove the air inside and to adjust the closing height of the bag top.
