Our automated storage system can offer a wide range of solutions to boost productivity, with flexible and innovative technologies for material handling. The aim is to get “what you needed when you needed”. Our systems can also fit to existing buildings and floorings.
When working in a production environment with multiple daily shifts of operations, robustness and reliability of the automated storage systems are the keys for automation.
The main areas of application for our automated storage system are:
- Compact and Flexible storages for finished products;- Raw material storages;
- Raw material in feed to production lines;
- End-of-Line Finished Products delivery;
- Marshalling and Shipment Buffers.
- Pallet stacker cranes high rise - The pallet stacker cranes high rise are designed and built for any need of vertical automatic warehouse, in order to store different types of loading units. The pallet stacker cranes high rise pick and deliver unit loads to and from storage lanes, inside aisles of rack. First, loads are picked from the various storage lanes then, delivered to drop off stations.
- Pallet stacker cranes low rise (Mini Load) - The pallet stacker cranes low rise pick and deliver individual loads to and from storage locations inside rack or horizontal carousels. It’s an extremely dense storage system designed for high speeds movements in order to increase efficiency in each compact area.
- Fast rotation storage (FRS) - The fast rotation storage consists of high-speed linear shuttles. The system uses multi-depth satellite technology and allows a higher storage capacity, in a small area. The fast rotation storage is ideal for bearing production before shipping and storage solutions with high density.
- Vertical lift sequenser (VLS) - The automation for the transport of packages is realized in multiple forms and sizes. The solutions can be managed according to the requirements of order picking, sequencing or according to any imbalances in the general flow of materials within the distribution system. The vertical lift sequencer is an approach to these applications.
- Automatic guided vehicles (AGV) - The automatic guided vehicles (AGV) systems use a laser technology. The automatic guided vehicles ensure greater efficiency and versatility, by optimizing logistics and by reducing the costs of pallet transportation.
- System vehicle loop (SVL) - The System Vehicle Loop (SVL) is a suitable solution for systems that handle large flows, normally associated with the need to sort out a considerable amount of pallets. The SVL (System Vehicle Loop) reduces the transfer time of load units, specifically for automated order picking and is essential for the management of "just-in-time" shipments.
- Pallet racking - The pallet racking is an essential part in intralogistics. At first glance, pallet racking systems from different suppliers don’t seem to differ that much. Nevertheless, the decisive element of a pallet racking system is the overall package, combining racking system, accessories and service.
- Warehouse management system (WMS) - The warehouse management system (WMS) involves the receipt, storage and movement of goods (raw materials for production plant and finished goods). Developed by our engineering team, the warehouse management system (WMS) manages and integrates the material handling systems within your warehouse, including stacker-trucks, picking systems, vertical storage, laser guided vehicles and manual warehouses.
- Warehouse executive system (WES) - The warehouse executive system (WES) for material handling optimizes manpower and equipment, increasing productivity, reducing expenses and speeding up the return on investment.
