Our range enables you to efficiently and cost-effectively pack and promote your products. Whether it is PET, HDPE, glass bottles, cans or jars, we have traditional and robotic technologies capable of working at multiple production speed levels. We are also capable of handling (or mechanising) a variety of film and cardboard secondary packaging, regular slotted case, tray, wrap-around blank, tray-and-lid, tray/pad-and-film and shrink-wrapped pack.

- Shrink wrapper with welding bar 2/10 - The  single-block systems with welding unit and tunnel in a single robust structure were designed to have reduced external dimensions, making them compact and reliable, suitable for packaging products with heat shrinkable "flat leaf" polythene film, individual or grouped products  with just film or film plus cardboard divider or tray. Capacity from  2 up to 10 packs per minute.

- Shrink wrapper with welding bar 10/18 - The single-block systems with welding unit and tunnel in a single robust structure were designed to have reduced external dimensions making them compact and reliable, suitable for packaging products with heat shrinkable "flat leaf" polythene film, individual or grouped products with just film, or film plus cardboard divider or tray. Capacity from 10 up to 18 packs per minute.

- Shrink wrapper with welding bar 18/22 - This machines are suitable for packaging products with "flat leaf" polythene heat shrinkable film such as PET-HDPE. Fed in line with multiple tracks with an alternative oscillating system to facilitate entry of the product into the various track. Capacity from 18 up to 22 packs per minute.

- Shrink wrapper without welding bar 35 packs per minute - The film wrapping section works continuously without sealing bars and the film is sealed in the overlapping area. Reel unwinding is controlled by a moto-reducer that gives the necessary film quantity for the wrapping, keeping at the same time the correct film tension. The machine is equipped with a shrink tunnel to achieve the final presentation. Capacity from 22 up to 35 packs per minute.

- Shrink wrapper without welding bar - The film wrapping section works continuously without sealing bars and the film is sealed in the overlapping area. Reel unwinding is controlled by a moto-reducer that gives the necessary film quantity for the wrapping, keeping at the same time the correct film tension. The machine is equipped with a shrink tunnel to achieve the final presentation. Capacity from 35 up to 80 packs per minute.

- Handling applicator - There are 2 different kinds of handling applicator that we can offer: on PET-bottles and on shrink-wrapped packs.
The first handling applicator is used to apply plastic handle on the neck of PET bottles. It performs the insertion of handles (PE) on PET bottles from 2 to 20 liters and it’s based on a linear or rotative machine with continuous movement.

- Shrink wrapping machine - With our shrink wrapping machine we offer the ideal solution for every requirement, regardless of whether you're using a tray, film, pad or carton, whether you're packing prepacked containers or loose products. With our shrink packaging machines there are no limits to your flexibility and versatility.

- Wraparound low medium capacity - Automatic packaging machine able to form, load and close wrap-around cases with product. The carton blanks are picked-up from a high capacity blank magazine and formed continuously around the product. The machine can work as a tray former and loader only. Capacity up to 20 packs per minute.

- Wraparound high capacity - Automatic packaging machine able to form, load and close wrap-around cases with product. The carton blanks are picked-up from a high capacity blank magazine and formed continuously around the product. The machine can work as a tray former and loader only Capacity up to 60 packs per minute.

Our modern and versatile packing machines, with their various gripper head systems, allow you to pack and unpack various containers into and out of plastic boxes, trays, and cartons. Furthermore, our flexible packers are also suitable for sorting and picking tasks and are therefore an invaluable asset to you within your production processes.
Our machine can handle, glass or pet bottles, plastic containers, tinplate, glass jar, pouches, and others kind of products. 

- Case packer and unpacked - Machine picking up the bottles or the containers accumulated according to a pre-set configuration and introducing them in carton cases or plastic crates. The gripping head holding arm performs motorized movements to pick up the bottles and put them in the cases. Multiformat gripping head, adjustable and motorized. Capacity from 300 up to 4.000 cases per hour.

- Robot case packer - Machine picking up the bottles or the containers accumulated according to a pre-set configuration and introducing them in carton cases or plastic crates. The gripping head holding arm performs motorized movements to pick up the bottles and put them in the cases. Multiformat gripping head, adjustable and motorized. Capacity from 2.000 up to 4.000 cases per hour.

- Case flex picker - The second generation ABB FlexPicker IRB 360 robot is even more productive. With increased speed, higher payload and a smaller footprint, for pick and place applications.

At best, packaging must be stable and look good. Cartons fulfil these requirements - if they are folded precisely and closed securely. Both machine types are available in a range of output variants. However, regardless of which speed you choose, precisely folded and stable cartons will always emerge at the end. A pretty impressive result!

- Carton erector - Machine suitable for the formation of carton cases of  “American box” type with simultaneous sealing of the lower flaps with hot glue through a HOT MELT unit. Capacity up to 45 cases per minute.

- Carton sealer, Glue and strip - Hot glue. Machine suitable for the closure of carton cases of “American box” type with sealing of the upper flaps with hot glue through a HOT MELT unit. Adhesive tape. Machine suitable for the closure of carton cases of “American box” type with sealing of the upper flaps with adhesive tape. Capacity up to 45 cases per minute.

Reliable movement to prevent bottles from touching and damaging the labels or the bottles themselves, we studied a very reliable system for the insertion of cartons between the bottles, a necessary protection especially for bottles of wine and spirits.

- Carton Inserter - Machine for the insertion of dividers for the automatic distribution of pressed cardboard dividers into empty or filled carton cases.

Flexibility, robustness, and performance are the most important requirements on palletising units.
The Palletizer is a modular machine that can be combined for both tasks, that are designed for versatile product and line concepts and which can therefore be adjusted perfectly to individual production conditions.
All models consist of a basic machine, and dependent on the performance, – they comprise – one or two grouping stations or pack discharge table, which are combined in various layout possibilities.
Palletizer can handle all kind of packs. Carton, crate, shrink packs just to change the gripping heads.

- Cartesio palletizer - This is a modular palettiser is suitable for the palletizing of cartons or cases in layers. Solid and sturdy portal framework in painted steel. The packs are picked and released automatically. According to the product to be handled It’s possibile to handle carton packs, shrinkpacks, crater, big bottles, containers. Capacity up to 1.000 packs per hour.

- Layer palletizer - Machine suitable for the palletizing of cartons or cases in layers. Solid and sturdy portal framework in painted steel. Double-column framework of painted carbon steel bearing the palletizing head.Horizontal and vertical movements of the palletizing head are controlled by a progressive variable speed inverter. Capacity up to 4.000 packs per hours.

- Bags palletizer - Machine suitable for the palletizing of cartons or cases in layers. Solid and sturdy portal framework in painted steel. Double-column framework of painted carbon steel bearing the palletizing head. Capacity: up to 1600 bags per hour. Size of  bags from 1,5 kg up to 50 kg.

- Robot palletizer - In cooperation with the main constructors of anthropomorphic robots we have manufactured systems with high precision in the repeatability of the movement. We have 4 or 6 axis robot accordingly to the movements we may need. Changing the gripping heads we can handle bottle, packs, cases, with high flexibitliy and lowmaintance. Capacity up to 4.000 packs per hour.

- Pallet checking system - To keep your line and all the warehouse running smoothly, you need to ensure that your pallets are intact. Our pallet checking system carries out a thorough inspection to verify the integrity of your empty wooden, plastic or metal pallets.

- Keg palletizer - The keg palletizer works along with sensors that check the proper execution of the working cycles. We equipped our keg palletizer solutions with transport, control and manipulation modular systems which - upon request - can be placed side by side.

- Palletizing solution - Listening to our customers’ needs and to find the best palletizing solution we have developed a set of packaging equipment components useful to fulfill every material handling needs.

- High level case palletizer - The high level case palletizer is designed and built for high speed capacity lines. It’s a high-level infeed cases and is designed to palletize a great variety of packages including cases, trays, bundles, film only and display packs.

- Low level case palletizer - The low level case palletizer is perfect for medium-low speed capacity lines. This system is designed to palletize a wide variety of packages including cases, trays, bundles, film only and display packs.

Flexibility, robustness, and performance are the most important requirements on palletising units when it comes to processing returnable containers. The depalletiser is a modular machine elements. All models consist of a basic machine, and dependent on the performance.
Our machine can handle, glass or pet bottles, plastic containers, tinplate, glass jar, pouches, and others kind of products.

- Can depalletizer - Capacity up to 40.000 can per hour. This is a modular depalletizer to handle cans. It’s a layer depalletizer and it’s possibile to have with automatic push layer or semiautomatic.

- Depal cartesio - Capacity up to 8.000 bph. This is a modular depalettiser with outfeed conveyor for bottles included. The bottles picking and release automatically.
According to the product to be handled we change the head. It’s possibile to handle glass, pet, jars, containers. Depending on the installed optionals (modules) the following operations: Pallet infeed/outfeed and Pad removing can be fully automatic.

- Depalletizer with layer push system - For the processing of bottles, glass jars, tin-plated aluminium cans of cylindrical or rectangular shape. The characteristic of the pallet to be depalletized is to have plastic or rigid cardboard layer pads. The machine is fully automated and is a model suitable for bottling lines with production capacities up to 30.000 bph containers/minute. Possibility to handle glass jar, tinplate, glass bottles.

- Low level depalletizer - The low level depalletizer delivers low level operation and container discharge, providing the simplicity and convenience of a floor level machine. It’s used to bulk load cans or bottles made from various materials. It’s fully automated and is a model suitable for bottling lines with production capacities up to 200 layer per hour (600 bottles per minutes).

- High level depalletizer - The high level depalletizer is designed and built for high speed capacity lines. It has a high-level discharge machine which is used to bulk load cans or bottles made from various materials. We also tested all fabricated machinery components using our buyer's product, to ensure proper performance.

- Glass bottle depalletizer - The glass bottle depalletizer with layer push system can handle all kind of bottles, independently of the shape or diameter. The glass bottles depalletizer is fully automated and is a model suitable for bottling lines with production capacities up to 200 layer per hour (600 bottles per minutes).

- Keg depalletizer - The operations of keg depalletizer are carried out by sensors that check the proper execution of the working cycles. We add to the keg depalletizer the transport, control and manipulation systems of the pallets consisting of modular units which - upon request - can be placed side by side.

- Depalletizing solution - Our idea of depalletizing solution is to find a right combination between technical specifications and purchasing cost. Using an anthropomorphic robot is possible to find the right customized result.

In recent years the logistics and methods for transporting goods has changed drastically. Palletized products undergo various stresses in handling, during which it is of crucial importance for the pallet to remain as stable as possible. In the wrapping sector, the stretch wrapper has to guarantee quality, stability and flexibility.

- Stretch wrapper semiautomatic - If the number of pallets to be wrapped is limited, the economic solution to the need for wrapping is the semiautomatic wrapper.
Pallet laying on the wrapping zone, film hooking and cutting must be achieved by an operator that provides machine starting cycle by push button and takes away the wrapped pallet before starting the next cycle.

- Strech wrapper with turnable table - The electronic powered device for releasing film is controlled by a tacho generator, ensuring a pre-stretching to 400%.
The airtight seal is obtained through two cycles of film, one ascending and one descending. Before the descending cycle, a sheet of polyethylene is placed on the top of the load.
Capacity 55 pallet/hour with 12 wrapping.

- Strech wrapper with rotary arm - The new automatic rotating arm wrapping machines with stretched film and top cover for palletized loads. The electronic powered device for releasing film is controlled by a tacho generator, ensuring a pre-stretching to 400%.
The airtight seal is obtained through two cycles of film, one ascending and one descending. Before the descending cycle, a sheet of polyethylene is placed on the top of the load.
Capacity 100 pallets/hour with 12 wrapping.

- Stretch wrapper with rotary ring - The choice between the different wrapping cycles, the speed of execution and the saving on film make the rotating ring machines highly productive. The rotating ring machines enable uses to reduce the cost of film per pallet, increasing throughput and streamlining the entire production line. Capacity more than 100 pallets/hour. 

- Stretch wrapping machine - The stretch wrapping machine allows you to wrap a highly stretchable plastic film around the pallet. It is frequently used to unitize pallet loads. In pallet unitizing, stretch wrapping machine can have several functions: improve the stability of the pallet, give more efficient handling and storage of pallet unit loads, give some degree of dust and moisture protection, make the pallet resistance.

- Air conveyors - PET bottles should be treated gently. This is why the airconveyors to move the bottles from the stretch blow moulder to the subsequent machine and does so at an extremely high speed. Yet this versatile conveyor can do so much more than simply move bottles as a buffer. Airconveyors keeps the bottles and the overall plant efficiency at a consistently high level.

- Bottles and containers conveyors - Our precision conveyor belts have been specially developed for low-noise and heavy-duty supply and discharge of cans, glass and PET bottles, and provide extremely gentle container transport. Acting as a reliable link between the individual production machines, they provide continuous and flexible supply of the required containers. Combined with a specialized system control that helps you to configure your production so as to avoid an inefficient stop-and-go operation, we support you in achieving maximum performance with minimal machine downtime.

- Packs conveyors - With its high-tech sensors and intelligent control, it makes a significant contribution to keeping your product flow flowing, for example by effectively bridging downtimes of individual machines through its buffer function. We can handle numerous packs such as plastic cases, cartons or shrink packs safely and gently while saving energy and with little noise.

- Pallet conveyors 2 - The high specialization in the field has allowed us to provide its customers the full range of conveyors, automation and accessories to ensure proper handling of products. Quality, strength, experience are the elements that best represent our transportation systems. These systems can also be supplied to system builders to complete their machines.

There are various types and size of bags. Our machines can handle all types of paper bags or PVC, from reel or preformed bags.
Particular attention in this type of packaging system is the weight of the product to be packaged the type of filling of the bag (valve bags or open mouth bags) and the closure (pinch top, top slider, etc.).
Our systems are reliable, robust, easy to use with low maintenance.

- Bagging line 1000 - Suitable for loose granular and powder products in bags of all type, in any material and any size, as well as "Big Bag" size filling. The use of this line is ideal for a variety of sectors: food, litter for cats, cereal and seed, flour, construction industry, zootechnics, pet food, mining, frits and colorant, fertilizer, chemical product. Machine is equipped with weighing system (gravity or belt weigher) and the mouth bag opening and filling spout.
