- Food - Capacity up to 40.000 bph. Great versatility. The rotary piston fillers are suitable to automatically fill dense and semi-dense products such as jam containing pieces, tomato paste, ketchup, meat-based or vegetable-based sauces, baby-food, homogeneous product (tomato paste), jams and similar, into glass jars by volumetric dosage. There are as well as a telescopic filler for solid product.

- Keg filling line - We provides to the customer a strong and versatile keg filling line. Our keg filling line is extremely cost-effective, flexible and efficient, not only for disposable and reusable keg (stainless steel) solutions, but also in the pet keg (one-way). 

The Pet Keg offers a significant breakthrough in the sales and marketing of volume beer, wine and other beverages. It opens up new channels and markets and provides a step change in environmental performance - as well as reducing costs and improving cash flow.
Although it is highly engineered, the concept of the Pet Keg - like all great ideas - is simple.
It is a lightweight beverage container manufactured in recyclable PET and designed for one-way use.
A range of sizes is available and there are versions adapted for use on existing filling lines.

- Pet keg for beer - Capacity up to 60 kegs/hour. Semi-automatic and automatic machines for pet keg-filling, utilize filling and co2 heads (to pressurize the keg).
The pressurizing/filling heads provided with magnetic sensor for the control of a correct opening of the fitting and dummy keg to install during the CIP phase. The parts in contact with the product are stainless steel with EPDM gaskets. Series of AISI 316L N.C. pneumatic valves for the control of flows related to the washing/filling cycle. The valves are supplied with external position indicator.

Having drinking water stored in a 5-gallon water jug is convenient. Unlike tap water which you have to first have a pipe running through the water to deliver the water, a large water jug can be stored and accessed anywhere you like. At present, the water jug at this size is usually made of plastic.
We can offer several solution, from 5 lt up to 5 gallon container. For pet or polycarbonate container.

- Water 5 gallon returnable - Capacity up to 4.000 bph. Automatic monobloc for washing, sterilizing, filling and capping 3 to 6 gallon PET or PVC bottles, in patterns from 2 to 8 row designs, featuring. volumetric filling with flow meters and special valves that guarantee a laminar flow without turbulence and hence short filling times (approx. 7 sec. per 5 jets); brushing of the exteriors of the gallon bottles. In the standard version, the washing cycle comprises of six different spraying areas in order to guarantee impeccable cleaning and sterilization of the container. The capper is ideal for plastic pressure caps (screw caps on request).

- Water non returnable - It is made up of a first filling section with three filling valves equipped with magnetic flow meters, the pressure closure capping section and the screw closure capping section. The format change is quick and designed to adjust the machine to different bottles’ formats (from 5 up to 20 Lt) with production up to 900 BPH of 5 Lt and 500 BPH of 5 gallons.

In-line inspection and control systems for packaging lines. The product range starts from empty container inspection, and goes through the fill level check, correct closure check and correct “clothing“ check, up to checking the weight of the carton or bundle. All the inspection systems are stand-alone systems and can operate either push ejection devices or progressive diverters for gentle movement of the container.

- Empty Container Control - Modular inspection system, installed before the filler, to control the surfaces of empty containers  either glass or PET. It checks that containers are in good condition and clean, free of foreign matter and liquid residues.

- Caps Presence Control - This control the presence of any type of cork. It can operate in two ways: as autonomous check or as an extension of the level check, by carrying out a check simultaneously with the level check or by carrying out a check at a different point of the line, but still controlled by the electronics of the level check.

- Monitors the proper closing of the cap - This camera system checks correct closure of both plastic and glass containers. It inspects actual container closure and the correct position of both the cap and guarantee ring with great precision. It can also be used to inspect the fill level, seals, labels.

- Level Control System for the verification of correct filling of product inside the containers, through a high frequency capacitance system - It is compact, simple, quick and easy to be installed. It can be expanded to make other checks even at different points of the bottling line using the same control unit.

- Label Presence Control - This checks for the presence of paper and plastic, glued and self-adhesive labels, neck labels and stamps, through optical sensors placed on the labelling machine. When the labels are wraparound labels or the bottles are shaped and the labels face outwards, the check can be made on the conveyor through in-line sensors. with the addition of some sensors we can also control the positioning of the label.

- Keg, carton, packs, cases control system - Check if the package corresponds to the weight established during production. In the case of weight different from that set on the machine, the package is ejected.

- Filling Valve - In our product range of fillers, we have different types of filling valve. According to the type of product to be filled, we can provide the following filling valves:
isobaric filling valve for carbonated products, 
gravity filling valve for flat product, low vacuum filling valve, volumetric filling valve.

- Triblock - The triblock is the union of three machines: a rinser, a filler and capper, all merged in one big filling block. The advantages of this kind of unit (triblock), compared to the single isolated machines are: one support base, generally in stainless steel, item aboard the turret of rinsing, the filling turret and the turret capping.

- Capping machine - Capping machines are used for the application of plastic and metal threaded caps as well as plastic snap caps, some fitments and some types of corks and plugs. There are many types of automatic capping machines, each one with its own strengths and weaknesses depending on the application.
