If you are filling a returnable keg, the key points of the complete kegging lines are: disinfection of the kegs by an efficient and correct washing cycles, a precise filling phase and the perfect synchronism of the movement of the kegs among the machines.

If you are filling a non-returnable keg, the key points of the complete kegging lines are: a good blowing machines, a precise filling phase and a perfet synchronism of the kegs movement among the machines.

Regardless of whether are semi automatic or automatic lines, we can process any size and type of kegs. A complete kegging line is composed by a depalletizer, keg inspections, external keg washer, washer and filler, control station, palletizer and conveyors.

The range of production of our semiautomatic kegging lines is from 15 kph (keg per hour) up to 40 kph. The range of production of our complete kegging lines is for 40 kph up to 1000 kph.
